Längauer Alm

The Längauer Alm is an alpine pasture in the Urschlauer Forest in the municipality of Ruhpolding .

A kaser of the Längauer Alm is under monument protection and is registered in the Bavarian monument list under the number D-1-89-140-166 .

Building description

The Hansenbauerkaser is a log building with paint and two gable-sided doors, which was probably built in the 17th century.

Todays use

The Längauer Alm is used for agriculture, but is not served.

location

The Längauer Alm is located in the Urschlauer Forst south of the Hochfelln and southeast of the Hochgern , nestled between Gründberg and Lochköpfel.

The former hunting lodge of the von Siemens family is also located on the Längauer Alm .
