The building at Lüdersdorfer Straße 24, formerly Lüdersdorfer Straße 9, west of the Weißer Bär restaurant , is a well-preserved residential building from the early years of the 20th century. As with other buildings of the time, the design and implementation were made by the burger master mason Gustav Ortloff , who also owned the property. The house is a two-story brick building with a partially developed attic with a gable roof . Decorative elements on the facade are plastered parapets and window arches made of dark bricks. The windows in the middle row of windows are larger than the flanking windows. The facade design and the windows have remained almost unchanged. The building was created in connection with the western expansion of the city and has been a listed building since 2017.
