LC McKinley
Luke C. McKinley (* 22. October 1918 in Winona , Mississippi ; † 19th January 1970 in Chicago , Illinois ) was an American blues - guitar player , not much is known about his life.
In 1941 McKinley appeared on the Chicago blues scene. His style of play is similar to that of T-Bone Walker . In the early 1950s he performed with pianist Eddie Boyd .
McKinsley's recordings are coveted collectibles, but he never had the long-awaited commercial breakthrough. When he died in 1970, he had completely retired from the music business.
