The syndicate was registered for the 2014/15 season under the name SPG FC Pasching / LASK Juniors and has since consisted of the second men's team from LASK and the first men's team from FC Pasching . In the first season of the syndicate, the team was able to occupy 9th place in the table in the third-class regional league center with 43 points. In the 2015/16 season , the team was able to improve its point yield and took 5th place in the table with 50 points. In the 2016/17 season , the syndicate was only 14th and thus the first non-relegation place with 31 points.

Before the 2017/18 season , the syndicate was realigned to better bind talents from Upper Austria . FC Pasching was renamed to FC Juniors OÖ after the second LASK team , so that the team subsequently became LASK Juniors OÖ .

After the promotion to the 2nd league in the 2017/18 season, the syndicate was formally dissolved, as far more funding can be acquired with an independent club. FC Juniors Upper Austria takes the starting place of the syndicate with an independent team. However, LASK and FC Juniors OÖ also cooperate in the 2nd league, so that the LASK youth players change clubs for this purpose.
