The Lingua dei segni della Svizzera italiana ( LIS-SI ), known colloquially in German-speaking Switzerland as the Ticino Sign Language , is a dialect of Italian sign language and is used in Italian-speaking Switzerland . The LIS-SI has an estimated 300 speakers. She knows two varieties, one from Lugano and one from Bellinzona . The Bellenz dialect is influenced by immigrants from Poland, Lithuania and the former Yugoslavia.
