UAB LTk Capital (derived from L inas T adas K arosas , LT also for L i t auen ) is a Lithuanian investment company that is (was) active in six European countries (Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, the Netherlands and Lithuania) . In 1991 UAB "Kruzas Nordic Cosmetics Distribution" began to import cosmetics. The “ Sarma ” chain was founded (products by “ Antonio Puig ”, “ Coty ” and “ Lumene ”). In 1999 UAB “ Čilija ” started its activity , which managed the chain of pizzerias “Čili pica”. In 2001 the holding UAB “Vilsarmos investicija” was founded. In 2004 the holding company sold the cosmetics retail chain “Sarma” to the Latvian SIA “Baltic Cosmetic Holding”, which again in 2007 was sold to UAB “ Douglas LT”. In 2009 UAB “Vilsarmos investicija” became UAB “Amazing Cili Invest” and in 2012 it became “LTk Capital”. In 2007 there were 2,331 employees at “Čilija” alone.
In 2012 "LTk Capital" reached 80 million euros in revenue and had assets worth 48.5 million euros. In 2012 the “LTk Capital” group of companies employed 2,000 people.
