La Dhuys is the name of a tunnel station under construction on line 11 of the Paris Métro . It is located in both Montreuil , Seine-Saint-Denis , and Rosny-sous-Bois , Seine-Saint-Denis, a few kilometers east of the Paris city limits. The station is under the Boulevard de la Boissière in Montreuil and the Rue de la Dhuys in Rosny-sous-Bois.
Several residential buildings had to be demolished for the construction of the station. The RATP will build a residential building with 18 social apartments and shops above one of the two station entrances.
The name comes from the river Dhuis whose water over the Aqueduc de la Dhuis is guided around Paris with water supply.
The station is scheduled to open in 2023. It is part of the extension of six stations from Mairie des Lilas to Rosny-Bois-Perrier . Construction work began on December 10, 2016.
The project name for this station was La Boissière .
