La Roche Longue by Quintin

The menhir La Roche Longue (also called Menhir du Cadrix) stands in the fields south of Quintin near Saint-Brieuc in the Côtes-d'Armor department in Brittany in France .

The 1862 as Monument historique classified, elegant Menhir of granite is about 7.0 meters high, 2.1 meters wide and 1.2 meters thick. A quartz vein runs through the stone . In 1836 Prosper Mérimée (1803-1870) visited the site.

The Kerbrun stele is nearby.
