Quintin ( Breton : Kintin ; Gallo : Qeintein ) is a commune with 2,838 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc and the canton of Plélo . The inhabitants are called Quintinais .

geography

Quintin is located on the Gouët River . Quintin is surrounded by the municipality of Le Fœil in the north, Saint-Brandan in the southeast and Lanfains in the south.

In north-south direction, the Saint-Brieuc – Pontivy railway line and the former Route nationale 790 run through the town.
