Le Vieux-Bourg ( Breton : Bourc'h-Kintin ) is a French municipality with 781 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc and is part of the canton of Plélo . The inhabitants of the commune are called vieux-bourgeois .
