Saint-Bihy ( Breton : Sant-Bic'hi ) is a French municipality with 262 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . Administratively it belongs to the Arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc .
Saint-Bihy is surrounded by the commune of Quintin in the northeast, La Harmoye in the west and Lanfains in the southwest.
