Plourhan ( Breton : Plourc'han ) is a French municipality with 1996 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . Plourhan is located a little inland near the canton capital Binic-Étables-sur-Mer and is characterized by agriculture. The inhabitants are called Plourhanais and Plouranaises .
