Saint-Quay-Portrieux ( Breton : Sant-Ke-Porzh-Olued ) is a French municipality with 2,997 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . Saint-Quay-Portrieux is located on the Baie de Saint-Brieuc near Plouha , where at 104 m there are the highest cliffs in Brittany.
