Plénée-Jugon ( Breton : Plened-Yugon ) is a French commune with 2,410 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Côtes-d'Armor department in Brittany . It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc and the canton of Plénée-Jugon (until 2015: canton of Jugon-les-Lacs ). The inhabitants are called Plénéens .
geography
Plénée-Jugon is about 60 kilometers northwest of Rennes and about 27 kilometers west-southwest of Dinan . Plénée-Jugon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Plestan and Tramain in the north, Dolo in the east and northeast, Sévignac in the east and southeast, Rouillac in the south and southeast, Langourla in the south, Le Gourlay in the southwest, Penguilly in the west and La Malhoure in the northwest.
The National Route 12 runs through the municipality . The station, near the municipality of Dolo, is on the Paris – Brest railway line .
