Lamballe Terre et Mer is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . It was founded on November 30, 2016 and comprises 38 parishes (as of January 1, 2019). The administrative headquarters are in Lamballe-Armor .

founding

It was established on January 1st as the successor organization of the municipal associations Arguenon Hunaudaye , Côte de Penthièvre , Lamballe Communauté , Pays de Du Guesclin (6 of the 9 municipalities), Pays de Moncontour (5 of the 6 municipalities) and Pays de Matignon (2 of the 9 municipalities) 2017.

Historical development

On January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Lamballe , Morieux and Planguenoual formed the Commune nouvelle Lamballe-Armor . This reduced the number of member communities to 38.
