It was founded on November 17, 2016 and includes 57 parishes. The administrative headquarters are in Guingamp .

founding

As the successor organization of the municipal associations Callac Argoat , Paimpol Goëlo , Pays de Bégard , Pays de Belle-Isle-en-Terre , Bourbriac , Guingamp Communauté and Pontrieux Communauté , it came into being with effect from January 1, 2017.
