Lamballe-Armor is a French municipality with 16,578 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc and to the cantons of Lamballe and Pléneuf-Val-André . It is the main town of the former canton (chief lieu).
It was created with effect from January 1, 2019 as Commune nouvelle by amalgamating the former Commune nouvelle Lamballe (including Meslin ) with the municipalities of Morieux and Planguenoual , which all have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Lamballe.
