Plaine-Haute ( Breton : Plenaod ) is a French municipality with 1604 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . Administratively it belongs to the Arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc .
geography
The municipality is located about ten kilometers southwest of Saint-Brieuc and is bordered to the east by the coastal river Gouët . Plaine-Haute is surrounded by the municipality of Saint-Donan in the north, by Saint-Julien in the east, by Saint-Brandan in the south and by Le Fœil in the southwest.
The menhir du Fuseau stands in the village .
