Saint-Gildas ( Breton : Sant-Weltaz ) is a French municipality with 269 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc and is part of the canton of Plélo . The inhabitants of the parish are called Guild Asia .

Saint-Gildas is surrounded by the neighboring municipality of Boqueho in the north, Plaine-Haute in the east, Quintin in the southeast and Le Vieux-Bourg in the south.
