The La Rounde River is a river on the east coast of Dominica in the Parish of Saint Patrick .
geography
The La Rounde River rises in the Grande Soufrière Hills in the national park with several source streams ( ⊙ ), which initially flow north, but are diverted to the east by the ridge of the Morne Gouverneur . From there it flows through Plaisance Estate, past the Cote d'Or in the south and past La Plaine in the north and joins the Atlantic north of the Laronde settlement in Plaisance Bay .
Neighboring rivers are the Sarisari River in the north and the Boetica River in the south.
