Allée coudée La Table au (x) Diable (s)

The Allée coudé La Table au (x) Diable (s) (or La Pierre des Sacrifices) is located south of the village Passais near the village of "Le Moulin" in Orne in the region Normandy in France . It is one of several so-called “Diable dormations” in France (La Chaise du Diable in Collonges-la-Rouge, German  “Devil's Chair” , Menhir Faix du Diable in La Bigottière, German  “Last of the Devil” , various devil stones Pierre du Diable (Lécluse) , Pierre du Diable (Vitrac) and La Pierre Couvretière (Ancenis) alternatively La Pierre au Diable). In Belgium the Dolmen du Mont de Viscourt ; alternatively Pierre du Diable.

The Allée-coudé, with which access to the approximately 12.5 m long and approximately 1.5 m wide chamber is lateral, is a rare special form of the Allée couvert . The approximately two meter high chamber, located at the western end, is still covered by four large capstones that rest on six pairs of bearing stones. The height of the bearing stones decreases towards the east and the now open part of the gallery is about 1.5 m high at the end. The access is on the south side, near the damaged eastern end. The inner surfaces of the chamber are smooth and the gaps between the supporting stones are filled with dry stone walls.

To the south is the menhir du Perron .
