The Prizzi Lake is an artificial lake in the metropolitan city of Palermo , Sicily , Italy .

It is located between the Monte dei Cavalli mountains (1007 meters) and Cozzo di Palma (788 meters). The eponymous city of Prizzi is located directly above the lake .

The reservoir was built in the 1940s and is fed by the Belice .
