Laguna Blanca is a small community in the Chilean province of Magallanes . To the north of it lies Argentina , to the east is the municipality of San Gregorio , to the south it borders on Punta Arenas and to the west of the municipality are the municipalities of Río Verde and Natales . The extremely high surplus of men is striking; according to the 2002 census, there were only 100 women for every 563 men. The administrative seat is Villa Tehuelches.
