The Lahntalbrücke Lahnstein is a bridge over the Lahn in Lahnstein . It is the crossing of the B 42 over the Lahn valley and was opened in 1979 as a bypass road. On the southern side, the Lahntalbrücke joins the 100 m long Lahneck tunnel below Lahneck Castle .
