Laila Rouass

Laila Rouass (born June 22, 1971 in London ) is a British actress . She became known for her role as Amber Gates in the British television drama Footballers' Wives , and in the third season of Primeval she played Dr. Sarah Page .

Life

Born in London, she has Indian-Moroccan parents. She studied at the short-lived London branch Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute before working as a video jockey on Channel V and Television Personality in Mumbai , India.

From 1990 to 2003 Laila was married to Abdeslam Rouass. In 2005, Laila Rouass married the businessman (owner of the retail chain The Accessory People ) and millionaire Nasa Khan in a religious ceremony, but never married in a civil ceremony. In February 2007 she gave birth to her daughter Inez; the couple separated in 2008. Since the beginning of 2012 she has been in a relationship with the English snooker player Ronnie O'Sullivan .
