Laiza Carrillo
Laiza Carrillo (born November 27, 1968 ) is a former Cuban triple jumper who was also active in the long jump and heptathlon .
In the heptathlon, she won silver at the Central American and Caribbean Athletics Championships in 1987, bronze at the Central American and Caribbean Games in 1990 and fourth at the 1991 Pan American Games in Cuba.
At the Pan American Games in Mar del Plata in 1995 , she won the triple jump and was fourth in the long jump.
She set her personal best in the triple jump of 14.43 m on February 23, 1995 in Havana .
