λ Herculis ( Lambda Herculis , short λ Her ) is a star with an apparent visual magnitude of 4.4 mag. It is just under 400 light years away and in the direction of the constellation Hercules.

The star bears the historical proper name Maasym , which is derived from the Arabic معصم (DMG miʿṣam), 'wrist'.
