The rural women's association Württemberg-Hohenzollern ( spelling LandFrauenverband Württemberg-Hohenzollern ) is a politically independent and non-denominational women's association in the rural area of ​​Württemberg-Hohenzollern. With around 8,000 members (as of July 2016), the association belongs to the German Rural Women's Association . It is a recognized provider of rural adult education through the educational and social work of rural women. history

The Rural Women's Association of Württemberg-Hohenzollern was founded on October 16, 1981 as the Rural Women's Association of South Württemberg-Hohenzollern by Ruth Wößner, Toni Teufel and Ernst Geprägs , President of the South Wuerttemberg-Hohenzollern Farmers' Association. It is the youngest of the three Baden-Württemberg rural women’s associations. The first chairwoman was Ruth Woessner.

In 1983, the Württemberg-Hohenzollern Rural Women's Association became a member of the State Women's Council. In 1984 the Landfrauen e. V., 1985 membership in the German Rural Women's Association .

In 1986 the working group of rural women’s associations in Baden-Württemberg was founded. In 1989, the Württemberg-Hohenzollern rural women's association retained its independence after the merger of the regional farmers' associations.

The rural women’s association Württemberg-Hohenzollern advocates the political, social, economic and legal interests of women in rural areas. Both women farmers and women with no relation to agriculture can become members. The goals are:
