Landau scales on the social climate
The Landau scales for the social climate for 4th to 13th grades , LASSO 4-13 for short , is a test to determine the attitudes of pupils to their learning environment. The test was developed in 1985 by Saldern, Littig and Illenkamp and published in a standardized form in 1987 by Beltz-Verlag.
The basis for the test, which is usually carried out with questionnaires , is the assumption that there is a connection between the learning climate and academic success .
The test can be used as an individual or as a group test. Depending on the application, conclusions can be drawn about the individual perception of individuals or about the group climate.
