State student congress

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A state student congress is an educational policy event for students to deal with the subject of schools themselves. This is also initiated by students, mostly from the state student council .

Their purpose is that students deal with school, discuss it and sometimes question school. New ideas for the school are developed and demands are often compiled that are passed on to the education politicians of the federal states.

In the Schüler Union Hamburg (SU) the state school congress is the highest decision-making body. It is comparable to a party conference in political parties .

There are also state student congresses in Baden-Württemberg , which are organized and hosted by the state student council (LSBR).
