Buchhorn District Court
The Buchhorn Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1804 to 1810 and was based in Buchhorn , today's city of Friedrichshafen in Baden-Württemberg . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .
history
Since Buchhorn became part of the Kingdom of Bavaria in 1804, the Buchhorn Regional Court was established through an administrative reorganization of Bavaria . This came to the newly founded Illerkreis with the capital Kempten .
After Buchhorn came to the Kingdom of Württemberg through the Paris Treaty in 1810 , the area of the Buchhorn Regional Court was incorporated into the Tettnang Higher Office.
