Regional court Buxheim

The Buxheim district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1813 to 1879 and was based in Buxheim in what is now the Unterallgäu district in Bavaria . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1813 the Buxheim Regional Court was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . This came first to the Illerkreis and from 1817 to the Oberdonaukreis , which was renamed Swabia and Neuburg (later just Swabia ) in 1838 .
