District Court of Elchingen

The Elchingen Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1804 to 1811 and was based in Elchingen in what is now the Neu-Ulm district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1804, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the district court of Elchingen was established. This was added to the Oberdonaukreis and from 1810 to the Illerkreis .

In 1811 the Elchingen Regional Court was merged with the Günzburg Regional Court .
