Eschenbach District Court

The Eschenbach district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Eschenbach in the Upper Palatinate in today's Neustadt an der Waldnaab district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1810 the Eschenbach Regional Court was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . This was added to the Mainkreis , whose capital was Bamberg .

In 1841, 23 communities were separated from the Eschenbach Regional Court, which came to the newly founded Auerbach Regional Court .
