Auerbach Regional Court

The district court of Auerbach was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1841 to 1879 and was based in Auerbach in the Upper Palatinate in what is today the district of Amberg-Sulzbach . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1841, 23 communities were separated from the Eschenbach Regional Court , which came to the newly founded Auerbach Regional Court. In 1862, the Eschenbach District Office was formed through the merger of the Auerbach and Eschenbach district courts.

With the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act in 1879, the Auerbach District Court was renamed the Auerbach District Court in Upper Palatinate .
