Leutkirch district court

The district court of Leutkirch was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1803 to 1810 and was based in Leutkirch (today in the district of Ravensburg in Baden-Württemberg ). In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

Since Leutkirch became part of the Kingdom of Bavaria in 1803, the Leutkirch Regional Court was established through an administrative reorganization of Bavaria . This came to the newly founded Illerkreis with the capital Kempten .

After Leutkirch came to the Kingdom of Württemberg through the Paris Treaty in 1810 , the area of ​​the Leutkirch Regional Court was incorporated into the Leutkirch Oberamt .
