Waldmünchen district court
The district court of Waldmünchen was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Waldmünchen in what is now the district of Cham . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .
history
In 1804, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the district court of Waldmünchen was established. After the establishment of the kingdom (1806), the district court of Waldmünchen was assigned to the Regenkreis in 1808 , which was renamed Upper Palatinate in 1838 . The district office in 1862 Waldmünchen followed the same area district court order of older forest Munich as an administrative authority. The district court of Waldmünchen remained the court authority and was converted into a district court with the Courts Constitution Act of 1879 .
