District Court of Wangen
The district court of Wangen was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1804 to 1810 and was based in Wangen im Allgäu in what is today the district of Ravensburg ( Baden-Württemberg ). In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .
history
Since Wangen became part of the Kingdom of Bavaria in 1803, the regional court of Wangen was established through an administrative reorganization of Bavaria . This came to the newly founded Illerkreis with the capital Kempten .
After Wangen became part of the Kingdom of Württemberg through the Paris Treaty in 1810 , the area of the district court of Wangen was incorporated into the Oberamt Wangen .
