Architectural drawing by Max Steinmetz, 1909/10

The single-storey country house , which is now a listed building, was built as a single-family house for the local building inspector Arno Faber. A change of ownership took place as early as 1911.

The gable-facing plastered building with a high, tiled mansard roof and crooked hip is an early representative of homeland security architecture . In the northern side view there is an entrance porch with a boarded-up hip gable. On the other side view to the south towards the garden there is a narrow porch and a gable in the roof. There is an arbor on the back of the building .
