Landhaus Friedlandstrasse 10 (Radebeul)

The country house at Friedlandstrasse 10 is located in the Serkowitz district of Radebeul in Saxony . The house built by the Ziller brothers was extensively rebuilt in 1927 by the Serkowitz factory owner Otto Baer .

The two-storey country house, now a listed building, was built in 1885 by the "Ziller brothers" as a symmetrical house with three to three window axes and a flat hip roof .

In 1927, the factory owner Otto Baer, under the supervision of his company, had the original building surrounded, enlarged significantly and the upper floor boarded up. The gable on the west side still shows the original cubature .

On the gable side facing the street there is a terrace , in the eaves side there are porches and a balcony, under this a “wood-view plank room”.
