Previously, it was organized as a private banker in the form of a limited partnership with then three unrestricted and jointly liable partners under the name Landolt & Cie, banquiers . The bank was founded in Lausanne in 1780 and is the oldest asset management bank in French-speaking Switzerland . In addition to its headquarters in Lausanne, the bank is also represented in Geneva , Sion , Martigny , Crans-Montana and Verbier .
