Weissenfels District Office
The Weißenfels District Office is a listed building in the city of Weißenfels in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 11326 .
The building at Am Stadtpark 6 is the former district building of the Weißenfels district , which was used as a district office until its dissolution in 2007. Today it is the seat of a branch of the district administration of the Burgenland district .
The three- to four-storey building, designed by the architect Hermann Schaedtler and consisting of three wings, was built in 1906/1907 in the neo-baroque and art nouveau styles.
