Landrum Island is the southernmost of the three islands of the Bugge Islands, off the front of the Wordie Ice Shelf on the Fallières coast in the west of the Antarctic Peninsula .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them after the US biologist Betty J. Landrum, who headed the Smithsonian Oceanographic Sorting Center from 1973 to 1978.
