The building at Landsberger Strasse 430 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1900. The house on Landsberger Straße is registered as a monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The four-storey building in the neo- baroque style has a higher average risalit , which is closed off by a tail gable . The building was a workers' tenement house in the middle of an industrial environment that no longer exists today. The facade decoration has been simplified slightly.
