Landsberger Strasse 527 in the Pasing district of Munich

The building at Landsberger Strasse 527 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1897. The residential and commercial building on Landsberger Straße is a protected monument .

The three-storey eaves side building with facade structure in neo- baroque style - with pilasters , drilled windows and banded ground floor - was built by Johann Hieronymus, who was both architect and client . The building forms an assembly with the house at Landsberger Strasse 529 , which was also built according to plans by Johann Hieronymus.

The tenement house illustrates the change from agricultural to urban development in Pasing. The property belongs to the ensemble of the former town center Pasing .
