Stockei landscape protection area
The Stockei landscape protection area with an area of 21.8 hectares is located in the Arnsberg urban area . It was designated in 1998 with the Arnsberg landscape plan by the district council of the Hochsauerland district as a landscape protection area (LSG) as LSG type B (small-scale landscape protection) . It is north of Vosswinkel .

Protection purpose
The designation was made to secure and maintain the efficiency of the natural balance or the usability of the natural assets; because of the variety, character or beauty of the landscape and its particular importance for recreation. The designation is intended to secure open spaces in the outskirts.
Legal regulations
