inscription

The former land tower in Neustett , a district of the municipality of Adelshofen in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia ( Bavaria ), was built in the 15th century. The building at Neustett 11 is a protected architectural monument .

description

The current building was formerly a land tower on the border of the Rothenburg Landwehr . The core of the four-storey round tower with a conical roof and turret was probably built in the 15th century.

In 1790, the land tower was converted into a mill , as the inscription on the facade attests.
