Silberhütte cross-country skiing center

The Silberhütte is a cross-country skiing center in the northern Upper Palatinate Forest and belongs to the town of Bärnau and the Tirschenreuth district.

It is located at the western foot of the Entenbühl (901 m). Due to its location directly on the border with the Czech Republic, there is a special feature due to the cross-country ski trail leading beyond the federal border. The cross-country skiing center comprises a total of 50 km of trails plus 9 km of skating at an altitude of between 750 and 901  m above sea level. NN . At the starting point of the cross-country ski trails, there is an inn next to a wax hut.
