Laparelytrotomy
As Laparelytrotomie (from Greek λαπάρη , LaPare "the course", " tummy " έλυτρον , Elytron " vagina " and τέμνειν , temnein "cut"), also Laparokolpotomie referred to the surgical exposure of the cervix of the groin in order without violating the Uterus to develop a child who could not be born normally. The method was developed by Ferdinand von Ritgen around 1820. Due to the further development and increasing security of caesarean section , this procedure has been abandoned completely.
