Large Island is an uninhabited island belonging to Grenada in the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean between Grenada and St. Vincent to the north .
geography
The island belongs to the Carriacou archipelago . It is the southernmost of these and is separated from the islands further south by a 7 km wide waterway. Only a narrow channel separates it from Frigate Island to the north . The island rises up to approx. 40 m .
